Tonight I felt like Anne Shirley.  Anne Shirley when she gets to go to the Sunday school picnic.  Only my picnic would involve beer.  Blue Moon.  And guitars.  Taylors.   And an organic, cage-free egg-in-spoon race.  Stuff white people like.

This is what a church picnic (for worship volunteers) looks like at All Souls.

The quilt was made by my great-grandmother, and it’s one of my favorite things.  Consider that late work from yesterday’s skipped “Friday’s Favorites” post.

Love,

Mary Ann

Remember how I’m baby-obsessed? Did you know that about me? Here’s something you may or may not know: I have baby registries at babiesrus.com and amazon.com. I’m not pregnant. I made up a home-schooling schedule for my kids when I was twelve. …The more you know…

Maybe I occasionally stop by a baby blog or two. Maybe Spearmint Baby, Dear Baby and The Shopping Mama are on my RSS feed.  It’s casual.

I want this stroller. It’s on both of my registries. I was looking for reviews of it today (specifically the carrycot) and found this giveaway. The suspense is killing me. I want to push my little rabbit around in this.

You can see the review here and the Flite here.

The Flite is actually what’s being reviewed, but I prefer the Indie, because it’s a jogging stroller, and I’m super sporty. Also because it will make me more hip if I watch indie movies and listen to indie music and I have an indie stroller, right?

You can enter to win a free one on the review site. I’m not gonna lie, that’s why I’m posting this. I’d post about it eventually anyway, because I love it, but I’d probably wait until I was at least pregnant.
